Quite simply: when you place an order via our website, over the phone or by email we will do our best to supply a first-class product that is delivered on time.
We will supply an estimated delivery time for bespoke items and with all of the online stock items to be delivered within 1-10 days of receiving your payment. Obviously if events beyond our control delay delivery we can only apologise and keep you informed.
Tracking numbers are supplied with all of the deliveries and our standard service is the 48 hour delivery provided by Parcel Force.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase(s).
Your satisfaction is important to us, we are happy to replace or refund faulty or incorrect goods during this time frame.
We will review each case and treat it fairly. Under no circumstances shall Map Graphics Ltd be liable to you the buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damage.
Risk and Ownership of the Goods pass to you the buyer on delivery.
If goods are not delivered within 7 days after despatch then please contact us as we cannot refund or replace purchases after 10 days have lapsed.
